We also collect information when you upload content or make purchases. All payment data is processed through Stripe Connect; we do not handle or store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information — We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, process transactions, communicate with you, and enforce our Terms of Service. We may send emails related to your account, updates, or important notices, but we do not send spam or share your email for marketing purposes without consent.

3. Cookies and Analytics — We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. FanLura currently does not track user behavior for advertising or analytics purposes.

4. Information Sharing — We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We only share information when necessary to operate the Platform, such as with payment processors (Stripe) or as required by law, subpoena, or legal request.

5. Data Security — We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Stripe handles all financial data in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion — You may request to delete your account or any personal information associated with it by contacting us at support@fanlura.com. Upon verification, we will delete your data unless retention is required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy — By using FanLura, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. Users under 18 cannot receive payouts or connect a Stripe account.

8. Changes to This Policy — We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through the Platform. Continued use of FanLura after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Governing Law — This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
